I am a psychologist because I am passionate about helping people change their lives for the better. I will respect your goals and concerns, provide a safe and caring environment, and draw from over 20 years of clinical experience to help you. I work with adults of any age who are experiencing a wide variety of personal and interpersonal problems such as depression, anxiety, recovery from abuse or trauma, relationship and marital problems, and grief or loss. I work with individuals and couples. I am integrative in my approach and draw from many different theories and techniques, depending on your individual needs. My basic approach is to work on two levels simultaneously: to help you with your immediate practical problems, while at the same time working on the long-term patterns and deeper wounds that may be fueling the problems in your life.

I completed a psychology internship at the University of California, Los Angeles; a Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Rosemead School of Psychology; a Masters in clinical psychology at Wheaton College; and a BA in psychology at Princeton University.
