Located in Southern New Hampshire, within 1 hour of many lakes, Boston, the seacoast, and within 2 hours of the White Mountains, the Green Mountains and the Berkshires in Massachusetts.

All clinicians should be able to perform diagnostic evaluations, formulate treatment plans and conduct psychotherapy with clients suffering from various forms of mental illness, poor behavioral habits, and a variety of other issues. We expect clinicians to be generalists, but also interested in developing areas of specialty in their practice. Particularly valued are skills working with children and families, behavioral medicine, addiction, psychological and/or neuropsychological testing, and clinicians who are developing a niche practice that would complement the array of services already offered at LaMora.

Clinicians can work either on site or a combination of either telehealth and onsite. We are all expected to attend one weekly one hour staff meeting on Thursday to connect with peers do case consultation and to discuss issues that affect the practice and the field in general. Once per month (the first Thursday of the month), the meeting will be extended to 1.5 hours (12:30-2PM), to accommodate Staff Presentations, wherein, on a rotating basis, all clinicians will present on topics that interest us or cases to help keep us current.

We offer a friendly and professional work environment, with experienced clinicians who are collegial and caring. We value quality patient outcomes over patient quotas. Clinicians are paid a portion of the receivables that they generate (60-70%), with 70% of receivables is paid to those clinicians who work > 30 hours per week, 65% of receivables to those averaging 20-30 hours per week, and 60% of receivables goes to those averaging less than 20 hours per week. We have a 401(k) with 4% safe harbor match available for employees who work >1000 hours the first year, and going forward. We have a waiting list of over 150 patients waiting for treatment, and offer help in completing credentialing with the organization, and a variety of other opportunities and benefits.

Interested applicants should submit a C.V., and letter of interest describing your goals and ideas for developing your practice within the association, to Michael Phillips, Ph.D. Part time and full time applicants will be considered. We value diversity in all forms.
