Most of the clients/couples  I work with have a deep, compelling need to get to the bottom of their issues rather than just dealing with symptoms over and over. Clients who engage in psychotherapy with me are ready to dive deep and heal from the inside out and have the kind of life they have been dreaming of living.  If you feel ready to overcome the trauma of your past and find the support you need in order to do that, finding someone who can partner with you is essential for your healing.

I work with couples to overcome historical, Family of Origin trauma, communication challenges and infidelity, among others.  I work with adults who experienced a parent with a personality disorder, resulting in emotional/psychological harm. I am passionate about working with survivors of Trauma and/or abuse. I have worked extensively with survivors of sexual abuse. I enjoy working with the LGBT community and supporting marginalized communities. My clinicial history has included community mental health, systemic therapy at a forensic practice and private practice. I offer a variety of modalities of treatment that include, but are not limited to EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Marriage Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems,  and others.

Outside of my time working with warrior clients, I enjoy time with my family, which includes our Vizsla dog, Hook. I enjoy traveling, and the outdoors.
