ABOUT JENNIFER

Jennifer is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 25 years of experiences working as a psychotherapist. Jennifer specializes in treating a wide range of mental health issues, including: mood disorder, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relationship problems, parenting/co-parenting, diversity issues, LGBTQ issues, end of life/terminal illness, struggles with life changes and transitions, family conflict, substance misuse, and sexual health. She provides services to individuals, couples, and families through teletherapy services.

Jennifer received a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from Green Mountain College and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rivier University. She utilizes a variety of approaches in her psychotherapy work, including cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and client-centered therapy.

Jennifer has a very down to earth personality and works from a place of warmth and compassion. She aims to provide a non-judgmental and validating environment for her clients. She uses a client-centered and solution focused approach to help people find healthy ways to meet the challenges they face in their life.

Outside of her work, Jennifer loves to travel, take photographs, read, make quilts, do machine embroidery, spend time with family, and work with charitable causes that are close to her heart.
