My passion is in helping patients to increase self-awareness, develop life skills to manage psychosocial stressors, and grow in a more healthy direction while feeling supported.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker certified in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I am an eclectic psychotherapist who utilizes different therapeutic approaches in order to align with a patient and their presenting condition, provide effective treatment techniques, and support the change process.

I am most versed in utilizing Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I have worked in a number of clinical settings and with a diverse population to include geriatric and adult inpatient psychiatric units, school systems, outpatient community mental health/substance abuse treatment clinics, an employee assistance program, and a private group practice here at LaMora Psychological Associates, P.A. where I have been employed part time since April 2016.
